Selecting the site:

Selecting the right site for you is one of the most important things you can do. It pays to carefully consider many factors such as local authority zoning restrictions, privacy, orientation and service connections before purchasing.

To make things super easy we've put together a New Home Checklist to get you on your way. You can get it by clicking on the icon on the bottom of the page.

Of course, any questions you might have we're happy to talk to you or visit you on site.

Concept design:

With the site chosen we gather all relevant zoning information and sit with you to create a brief on what you want out of your home. It's a great idea to collect clippings from magazines and jot down thoughts of what you like.

Armed with this information we use the latest CAD software to create a concept design that makes the best use of the sites views and natural light. We look at the flow from room to room and how to tailor the design to your life.

Concepts can range from floor plans to 3D models so you know exactly what you're getting. We may meet with you several times to make improvements until you're totally satisified.

Consent plans:

Also known as building plans and blueprints. This is where we translate your dream home into a technical document for council submission.


This is the final phase where we provide any assistance that contractors, council or you may require to ensure a smooth build.
